Day Five - Turtles!

This morning we went snorkeling off of the beach near our condo. It was perfect weather. The ocean was calm and the sun was shinning brightly. We saw lots of fish but the highlight was a large green sea turtle which swam beside us for a moment.

In the afternoon we joined Sally, Tony and Jen in Lahaina for lunch at the Blue Lagoon restaurant and a little shopping. Jessi got some nice plumeria earings from her parents as a birthday gift and she also bought a cute t-shirt from David and Goliath. We took our (now) traditional shot of us with the parrots in Lahaina. I'll post it when we pick up the prints.



In the evening we enjoyed happy hour at Gaby and Richard's condo. The drink of the night was mojitos.
